Q. Can I convert my existing carpet cleaning business into a FreshX franchise?
A. Yes. In fact if you have an existing cleaning operation, you MUST convert it in order to
    become a FreshX franchise.

Q. How long does it take to get started?
A. Generally speaking, Franchisees should be fully trained and operational within 30-90 days
    after signing the franchise agreement.

Q. Who sets the price for the services I offer?
A. While FreshX has a recommended price strategy, ultimately you set your own prices.

Q. Who does the advertising?
A. FreshX creates most of your advertising and marketing materials. As a Franchisee you are
    responsible for media cost and placement of all advertising in your service territory.

Q. Can I sell my FreshX franchise?
A. Yes. If certain conditions are meet you may sell your business at any time with FreshX
    approval of the new Franchisee.

Q. Is my FreshX territory exclusive?
A. Yes. Neither we nor any other Franchisee will be allowed to operate a FreshX business
    in the geographic area identified in your agreement.

Q. How long is my FreshX franchise agreement?
A. Our agreement is for 10 years. If at the end of that time the Franchisee is in good standing,
    the agreement is renewed for an additional 10 years.

Q. May I operate a FreshX from my home?
A. This is acceptable in certain smaller markets until your operation reaches a level of growth
    which makes an outside-the-home office more feasible.

Q. Do we have to buy our chemicals, equipment, and supplies from you?
A. The FreshX system is based on strict specifications for both chemistry and equipment.
    You are free to purchase from any of our approved vendors.
